Gray studios limited aims at reliability and fast response and above all not compromising the quality delivered in our packages. Below is a clear understanding of our packages.
Ready Made Plans
We have a wide selection of ready made plans from different projects, ranging from Residential, Commercial, Industrial among others that you can purchase . Each Project plan comes with its own unique set of drawings therefore we clearly list all the available drawings so that you are well informed of the contents before you purchase any drawing set. If you have any doubts or questions in regards to what is included in the drawing set you wish to purchase please contact Gray Studios.
Custom Made Designs
We also make custom designed plans based on your your project needs and in direct relation to suite your site. Please note, however, that this option costs more as all drawings will be made from scratch specifically for you. You will receive regular updates of plans and elevations to give you an exact picture of how the plans will function and how the building will look like. Note that copyright terms also apply to custom designed plans.
Interior Design
Not every client usually requests for interior designs , though they are equally important for this is the space that we live in. If a client already has a design and only requires this service, you are required to share a cad file or dwgs for the particular project. While if you want it included in your package , this would be discussed at the initial stages of a project.
3D Animations
For presentation purposes or for a clearer picture of one's project, some clients would like videos made for their projects. This package is independent for its according to the need of it from a particular client. But this is recommended for large projects and projects that require more than one person's opinion . This helps everyone to understand the project faster and with ease.
